Shipping Policy: Slotted UpBright®
We coordinate global logistics for the Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System to ensure your retail displays arrive ready for installation. We ship to the UK, Europe, USA, Dubai, and Australia.
1. Global Fulfillment Strategy
To provide the most efficient service, we utilize a hub-and-spoke fulfillment model:

UK Orders: Shipped directly from our Cambridgeshire facility.

International Orders (USA, Dubai, Australia, Europe): We partner with Scan Global in your respective region to manage hardware delivery.

Consolidated Kits: To ensure you have everything needed for your "easy install," we do not ship hardware until your bespoke custom graphics have been produced. Your graphics are produced in the UK and coordinated with our logistics partners to ensure a streamlined delivery of the full kit.
2. Production Lead Times
Our systems are tailored to your branding.

Artwork Requirement: Lead times begin only once "Print Ready" artwork has been supplied and approved.

Dispatch Window: Please allow 5–7 business days after your artwork is approved for your order to be processed, packed, and shipped.
3. Shipping Rates & Tracking

Volume-Based Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total volume and weight of your order. This ensures the most accurate and fair pricing for large-scale retail displays. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout or provided in your bespoke quote.

Real-Time Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress from our hub to your storefront.
4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For all orders shipping outside of the United Kingdom:

Recipient Responsibility: The buyer is the importer of record. You are responsible for ensuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

Local Charges: Orders may be subject to local import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. Slotted UpBright does not collect these fees upfront, and we are not responsible for these charges. They are typically collected by the courier or Scan Global at the time of delivery.
5. Delivery Expectations
As the Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System is not "cable-free," please inspect the packaging upon arrival for any transit damage before signing for the delivery. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the title and risk of loss pass to the buyer.
