The Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System

Our core illuminated framework is designed around modularity, longevity, and a radically reduced carbon footprint. Instead of shipping "air" on double pallets, our system packs down into a single, courier-friendly box. This drastically reduces transport emissions, eliminates the need for specialist freight, and allows for a simple, one-man installation.

When it is time for a seasonal store refresh, you don’t need to tear down the core fixtures. You simply update the fabric graphics and reconfigure the shelves, drastically extending the lifecycle of your infrastructure and minimising structural waste.

The Framework

Our heavy-duty aluminium extrusions are precision-engineered and sourced in Turkey, providing a highly durable, long-term foundation for your retail displays.

The Reflector Graphic

The internal light-bouncing reflector is sourced in Turkey and utilises Trutex 158 , which is made of 100% Polyester. It is fully recyclable and has been tested for harmful substances according to Oeko-Tex Standard 100.

The Visual Graphics

All front-facing Silicone Edge Graphics (SEG) are printed locally in the UK. This localised production ensures rapid delivery, reduces transport emissions, and utilises 100% PVC-free, recyclable fabrics printed with eco-friendly dye-sublimation inks.

The Illumination

The system is powered by OSRAM OSLON® SSL 150 LEDs  sourced from China. These LEDs deliver higher performance and lower thermal resistance, operating at a highly efficient typical luminous efficacy of 144 lm/W.

The Power Supply

We utilize the Mean Well ELG-240-24 driver, sourced from China. It is highly sustainable due to its operating efficiency of up to 93% and a typical lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours

The lengths of the framework are protected by Xanita honeycomb board, an ultra-lightweight, exceptionally strong, and fully repulpable kraft paper board.
