General Information & Delivery
We leverage global manufacturing expertise to deliver the highest quality retail infrastructure. The aluminium framework for the Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System is engineered and produced to exact standards in Turkey. All fabric graphics are printed locally in the UK to ensure rapid turnaround times and pristine print quality. The structural framework for our digital video walls is manufactured in Turkey, while the digital LED tiles are produced in China and are made to order specifically for your project requirements.
Currently, we deliver exclusively within the UK, with plans to expand into Europe in the near future. Delivery takes approximately 7 days after the receipt of your print-ready artwork. Please note that our production operations are closed on weekends.
Yes. Safety and compliance are our top priorities. The materials used meet strict commercial fire-rating standards, ensuring they are fully compliant for use in high street shops, shopping centres, and premium sports clubs.
The Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System (Illuminated Range)
The core illuminated system is available in two highly optimised standard dimensions, both featuring a sleek 80mm profile depth and a height of 2400mm:
- 610mm Bay: £695
- 1005mm Bay: £995
We do not currently offer custom dimensions in order to ensure rapid production and a streamlined modular system.
The Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System operates on a low-voltage 24V DC circuit utilising premium OSRAM OSLON® SSL 150 LEDs. It is powered by an external, IP67-rated Mean Well ELG-240-24A driver, which simply plugs into a standard mains wall socket.
The illuminated range is engineered as an easy install kit. It requires basic tools (such as a power drill, 6mm drill bit, and spirit level) and utilizes cables for the LED connections. Store staff or internal merchandising teams can comfortably build the frames themselves using the provided step-by-step instructions. We can recommend a trusted installation partner if you prefer professional fitting.
The installation wall must be completely flat; installing the frame on a bowed wall will distort the aluminium profiles and make graphic fitting difficult. If fixing to plasterboard, the board must be a minimum of 12.5mm thick (Standard Board). The system must not be installed on lightweight 9.5mm board.
The system is backed by robust warranties:
- Power Supply Unit (Mean Well Driver): 3-Year Warranty.
- LED Modules: 2-Year Warranty.
- Frame & Mechanicals: 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.

The digital units utilise premium 250mm x 250mm LED screen panels alongside Nova Star modules and integrated media players. The components are housed securely within the framework, utilizing magnetic perforated airflow grills for discreet heat management and wire-concealed finishes.
Yes. Due to the technical, made-to-order nature of the digital displays, we provide a dedicated installation service exclusively for all digital video wall products. The installation cost is £1,495.
Content is updated quickly and easily through our Navori digital signage subscription software. A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to remotely update your system.
We will discuss a tailored plan and support package with you, which includes remote support to ensure your digital campaigns are always running smoothly and can be updated seamlessly.
Modular Accessories & Load Capacity
The universal slotted uprights feature a precise 32mm slot pitch that accommodates a wide array of accessories. We supply proprietary illuminated shelving, heavy-duty apparel D-rails, glass shelves with matching brackets, powder-coated prong arms, and specialized powder-coated head cover holders.
The 6063-T5 extruded aluminium framework is incredibly strong. Independent structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) testing confirms the following maximum equivalent mass capacities per shelf bracket pair before material yield:
- At a 100mm offset: 136 kg
- At a 200mm offset: 68 kg
- At a 300mm offset: 44 kg
- At a 400mm offset: 32 kg
- At a 500mm offset: 26 kg

Sustainability & Graphic Production
The Integrated Edgelit SEG Retail System is designed to eliminate shopfitting waste. By utilising a durable, reusable aluminium framework, you never have to throw your display away; you can reinvent your entire store simply by swapping the fabric graphics and reconfiguring the shelf layout. The entire system packs down into a courier-friendly box, drastically reducing the carbon footprint associated with heavy pallet freight.
We use a high-quality Dye Sublimation printing process, which ensures vibrant, long-lasting colours that perfectly diffuse the internal LED illumination. All of our Silicone Edge Graphic (SEG) fabrics are 100% PVC-free and fully recyclable.
